Mental Health MOT

Our Mental Health MOT is all about establishing where you are now in terms of mental health in your workforce.  It provides a base from which we can work together to identify and make improvements with recommendations for actions.

Mental Health First Aid

Dates: Wednesday 15th to Thursday 16th April 2026

Time: 9-5

Venue: St Oswald’s Hospice retail, Ouse St, Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2AG

Price: £275 per person

This 2 day MHFA course will help you gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost to appropriate support. This course will be delivered in Newcastle and details will be will be sent prior to the course.
