Tony Robbins: Unleash The Power Within. Cologne 2026 Day 2
Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows!
Day 2 at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within was Momentum Day, led by Scott Harris and Joseph McClendon III. It had just as much intensity as Day 1 but a very different delivery style. We started at 9am and didn't finish until 9pm yet somehow the day flew by!
The focus was on building momentum to create the change we want. Knowing our outcome, understanding WHY we want it and then taking MASSIVE ACTION to make it happen. And if our approach doesn't work? We don't give up we change the approach.
Where am I now and where do I want to be?
We explored the power of our beliefs, what we want to change and importantly, why we want that change.
This really resonated with me because I often hear people talk about where they want to go. The problem is that limiting beliefs can get in the way of taking the action needed to get there.
Then came one of the most powerful exercises of the day the Wheel of Life.
I had to honestly score where I was in different areas of my life and identify the gap between where I am now and where I want to be.
I found this difficult, in fact, it became a very emotional part of the day.
Two areas stood out for me: Time and Relationships.
Then the question changed.
Instead of focusing on where I was falling short, I had to describe what an extraordinary life would actually look and feel like in those two areas.
Suddenly everything changed.
I was thinking about possibility, I felt excited and motivated, I started identifying what needed to change and what actions I could take to move towards it.
Where focus goes, energy flows.
Then came the MASSIVE ACTION
Strangely enough, my moment of clarity came while running alongside the River Rhine in Cologne.
I started thinking about everything we'd covered during Day 2 and asked myself:
What massive action am I actually prepared to take?
I thought about Thrive Together and where I want the business to go.
I want to build more relationships, speak at events, appear on podcasts, share my knowledge and experience with more people and help more organisations create workplaces where people can thrive.
Wanting though, isn't enough.
What am I going to DO about it?
As I ran alongside the Rhine, something had shifted. I was focused on the outcome and identifying the tools, strategies and actions that could get me there.
What does this mean for the workplace?
It also made me think about workplace wellbeing.
Businesses often know where they want to be.
“We want a positive workplace culture.”
“We want people to feel supported.”
“We want to reduce absence.”
“We want our managers to have better conversations.”
My question would be do we understand where we are now?
Have we identified the gap between the workplace we currently have and the workplace we want to create?
Most importantly...
What action are we actually taking to close that gap?
Having a wellbeing strategy, policy or good intentions isn't enough on its own.
At some point, intention has to become action.
Here's my question from Day 2:
If you could make one change today that would move your workplace from where it is now towards where you want it to be what would you do?
