Tony Robbins: Unleash the Power Within. Cologne 2026 Day 4

What Am I Going to Do Differently From Now On?

Day 4 of Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within was focused on health something that was right up my street as a runner. The day was led by Joseph McClendon III and Scott Harris again, whose energy and different delivery styles I'd really enjoyed throughout the event.

But something else caught my attention.

I found myself watching how they delivered, not just listening to what they were saying. I started making notes about their presentation styles and asking myself what I could learn from them as a trainer.

One thing really stood out: not one word was wasted.

Everything had a purpose. Their delivery was precise, engaging and designed to keep thousands of people listening.

That gave me an immediate takeaway for my own work at Thrive Together: How can I make my training even more impactful? What can I remove? What can I do differently? How can I make every word count?

The Six Gifts of Life

The main focus of the day was what they described as the Six Gifts of Life, breathing, living water and live food, maximum nourishment, aerobic energy and exercise, structural alignment and a directed mind and heart.

The section on breathing particularly interested me.

Breathing is something we barely think about, yet it has such an influence on how we feel. When we talk about self-care, we often immediately think about exercise, walking the dog, reading, taking time out or doing something we enjoy.

But how often do we go deeper and think about the things we do every day including something as simple as how we breathe and the impact they can have on our physical and emotional state?

But there was one question I couldn't stop thinking about...

As the four days came to an end, there was one question going around my head and Anita's too:

What am I actually going to do differently from now on?

Not for a week.

Not while I'm still buzzing from Cologne.

Not for the next couple of months.

What am I going to change and make part of my normal life?

For me, the answer actually brought together everything I'd learned over the previous three days.

I want to create more empowering beliefs.

I want to surround myself with people who will recognise when I'm slipping into that suffering state and challenge me to change it.

I want to create strategies that help me look forward, identify the gaps between where I am and where I want to be and take MASSIVE ACTION.

And perhaps one of the biggest changes for me personally:

I want to celebrate when things go well.

Not dismiss the wins. Not immediately move onto the next thing. Actually recognise them, enjoy them and use them to build my confidence.

And when things don't go to plan?

Reflect. Adapt. Go again.

So what have I actually done?

This was never going to be four days of taking notes that would end up sitting in a drawer.

Since coming home, I've gone back through what I wrote.

I've diarised time that I'd previously been reluctant to protect.

I've set clear goals for Thrive Together.

I've started developing the plan and actions needed to achieve them.

And importantly, I've thought about how I'm going to celebrate when I do.

Because one of the biggest realisations I've come home with isn't just about where I want Thrive Together to go, it's about the role I want to have within it.

My goal is to become a Business Owner, not simply a Business Operator.

And perhaps that's the biggest challenge I'm setting myself after four extraordinary days.

And what about the workplace?

There's a parallel here with workplace wellbeing too.

Businesses attend training, create strategies, train Mental Health First Aiders, launch wellbeing initiatives and make commitments.

But perhaps the most important question comes afterwards:

What are we actually going to do differently?

What will managers do differently?

What will leaders do differently?

What will employees experience differently?

And will those changes still be happening six months from now?

Because whether we're talking about personal development, running a business or workplace wellbeing, learning only becomes valuable when something changes as a result.

So after four incredible days at Unleash the Power Within, that's the question I'm taking home with me:

What am I going to do differently from now on?
